Intro & Brief
WEEK 2
Our very first task is to do Journey map with our group mate. A journey map is a visualization of the process that a person goes through in order to accomplish a goal. So in this journey map we need to figure out each Pain & Gain point for each action. And the first thing we need to think about what are we going to make for our Journey map. Me and my team decided to do Universal Studio Singapore (USS).
