Tabita Febrilia Dinata 0340357 Game Studies Projects
WEEK 3
The first thing that Mr.Charles mention is we need to purchased Table Top Simulator to do this project, so we do what have been told.
Fig 1.1: Tabletop Simulator
This week is the time we start to think for idea for our project. I team up with Yessica & Phoebe. We had no idea at first because 3 of us is not a gamer, and we don't know what to do. But then throughout the week, Yessica has an idea for us. But it is still a very raw idea, the idea is a card game about alphabets and the second idea is from Phoebe it's about a Friendship game that force every player to tell the truth about each other. But then we can't present it because it's not clear yet.
WEEK 4
This week Yessica has a clear ideation for her idea so we open a Miro board so that we can expand the idea.

WEEK 5
Since we were required to use tabletop we try to open a server on tabletop to try the app and brain storm our idea there. And we began to think about how to make this game work. And also we share our idea to Mr.Charles, and he said there's a potential in this idea, and we need to think more to make this game work. But then we also need to think about what's new on our game and also need to decided whether to use board or no.

FEEDBACK : Do a research, find what's new on this game, decide on using board or just card.
WEEK 6
Mr.Charles is fine with our game, but he needs us to be straight forward, if it's a card game why we need a board, so we need to find the reason why we need a board. And this week I meet up with Yessica to do the work.

Besides that, we also try to play the very rough framework from Miro.

And we did the explanation of the game on video.
WEEK 9
This is the week when finally we realise that we can't get any reason why we have to use board, and call this game as a bit fail. Then we have a private session with Mr.Charles and Mr.Charles open our mind and give us an idea.
Fig 1.14: Session with Mr.Charles
And we immediately discuss right after we done our session. And this is our ideas.

REFLECTION : This module has been a great experience for me, at first I thought I can't do it but at the end I'm thankful that finally I can make it and have an idea for the project. It's was quite a bit tired and overwhelm with the other module that I have to managed but thank God my lecturer is a good person and don't push us to hard thanks to Mr.Charles for his help and encouragement to my team, he kept motivates us until we get the result and also thanks to Tabletop Simulator that really helps me in this project it's easy to use and also it's cool to do like a card game.
